Amazing views of the Christmas fair from the suite.
Housekeeping was inconsistent, leaving the room uncleaned despite requests.

Hotel was excellent modern and quirky, really enjoyed our stay.
The room was well-appointed that's hose kept falling out the window, stayed here for 5 nights. Got a warm and not expensive breakfast included in the rate🙂

Decor, rooms - particularly the bathroom, location, comfort of bed, kitchenette
There was a mouse in my room and i have never experienced this in all my years of staying in hotels, i have stayed in many hotels over the years all over Europe!. I don't know the reason for this 'visitor', and the manager on duty in the evening handled it very well, but I was quite shaken by this and had to leave my room in my pyjamas and quickly gather my things to move to another room, I expected the staff when checking out to apologise but not, and there was nothing taken off the bill until I insisted (I can only guess they had not been briefed, ie it was not dealt with as a complaint), and there were no comments regarding what had been done to rectify the problem - I mean, there were no attempts to try to tempt me back to this hotel..

Loved Edinburgh, the hotel was stylish and brilliant in the old town. My classic double room and bed were comfy. The service was terrific in my opinion. The venue offered a coffee machine in the lobby. The staff was accommodating and the location was unbeatable - altogether a lovely experience.

Perfect location to the Royal Mile.
Lyft broken, no fans or air conditioner in room, did not service the room with towels or toilet paper. Never took out the trash entire 6 days.

Excellent hotel, great room, with the most comfortable bed, great balance in the style between period features and modern equipment. Prime location next to the cathedral, and 5 minutes from the castle. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants easily. The room and view were amazing. I did not expect the great decor and comfort of the room. The view out of the large windows was special. We would recommend Fraser Suites to anyone travelling to Edinburgh.

The room was neat and tidy and the staff was very helpful. The room was great for the price we paid and if we ever come to scotland again we will stay there no doubt. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was close to everything that we wanted to see.

Awesome location and great staff!
Had the best time exploring this cozy spot! The location was perfect, just a 5-min walk to Edinburgh Castle. The staff were super friendly and even helped me with local tips. Loved the breakfast spread with tasty croissants and eggs. Just wish the wifi was a bit spotty in the room during peak hours.

I did not like where the hotel was, I could not sleep due to the noise, late into the night.
